2| Now signup for a new account or Login if you are an existing user.

3| Now Download this form from | CLICK HERE Take and print out of that form and
4| Fill the form as

Fill your tmw registered mobile number
Your registered mail id in TMW.
Fill your first name and last name.
Date of birth as in your id ( Aadhar )
Gender and Nationality

Fill your Address details:-

Fill your address as like in your id that your address.

KYC details :-

Tick on your proof of identity you wish to fill and Fill the Document number
Tick the proof of Address you wish to fill and write the Document number.

Please Note: - You can give a single document like a Passport, Aadhaar Card, Voters ID or Driving License for proof of both ID & address, if the address on the document matches with the address for your tmw account.
5| Submit the Filled form with your photo along with the required KYC documents through.
Register your email id on the app and email scanned copies ( or take photos ) of the KYC documents along with the duly filled KYC form to kycscan@tmwpay.com from your registered email id, with Subject: <Your Name> KYC Upgrade.
